Q: Read that Boswellia supplements are better if black pepper is an ingredient. Note this one doesn't have black pepper - what is thinking on that?

A: Turmeric is not always sold with black pepper as an ingredient as some get enough black pepper in their daily diet. It is commonly combined in supplements as black pepper has peperine which enhances curcumin/turmeric absorption. We hope this helps.

Shipped to me AFTER the “Best by” date.
It may be a good product but I ordered it in my last order, March of 2022 and just noticed that the “Best By” date was January of 2022. I am very disappointed!

Wonderful Combination
I started taking these when I was to the point of extreme hand and wrist pain due to arthritis. I was taking numerous ibuprofen a day with no relief. I take 2 Tumeric Boswellia Tart Cherry capsules a day, and no longer need the ibuprofen. I no longer have the agonizing pain I once had.

I've been taking each of the herbs in these supplements separately but Had2Quit, due only to the cost... Provides Great Relief for Knees
