A: this depends on your preference. I prefer a soft, fudgy chewy cookie so I bake these for about 10-12 minutes, if you leave them in an additional few minutes they will get crunchy and a bit hard.

They definitely taste like a “healthier” version of a regular chocolate chip cookie. The texture is slightly grainy, but not awful. As someone who is trying to cut out dairy, these are a decent option! If you’re not dairy free or gluten free, I’d skip on these.

I really like these cookies and as a "vegan" option they're pretty great. However, I am allergic to dairy products and egg products And after eating several cookies I began to experience an allergic reaction in the form of skin irritation which is how my body reacts to eggs. I know the package says that they're vegan but my body is still detecting something in them. I also experience reddened, itchy eyes and congestion which are typical symptoms for me when i have consumedv dairy products.

i guess for gluten-free cookies they're ok, but *just* ok. the texture is hard, crunchy and feels like it has a lot of undissolved sugar crystals when chewing it. the flavor is ok but certainly not worth the price. these do not flatten or spread out whatsoever when baking, so after baking when still warm they need to be pressed down into the typical cookie shape. the double chocolate cookies are 0/5 and these chocolate chip cookies are hardly a 2/5 for me.

I'm surprised this has so many rave reviews. We picked it up, and we gave it a go. It was really, really bad. The texture was horrible and the flavor was disgusting. It's not something I would ever buy, make or eat again, especially for the premium price.

As someone who was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, I was strongly advised to follow a gluten and dairy free diet. I picked up these cookies from the store the other day. I’m not crazy about this specific dough prior to it being baked (usually I am with the dough I used to eat), but once these cookies are baked they taste really good CONSIDERING they are both gluten and dairy free. I don’t know if it will get much better than this for cookies that I’m able to have under my new dietary restrictions. I would recommend that anyone try these out at least once! :)
