Q: Is it crunchy or soft-baked? Thanks!
A: this depends on your preference. I prefer a soft, fudgy chewy cookie so I bake these for about 10-12 minutes, if you leave them in an additional few minutes they will get crunchy and a bit hard.

Q: What would be the best way to cook at high elevation?
A: For high elevation baking, we recommend increasing the oven temperature by 15-25°F (about 10-15°C), but shorten the baking time to avoid overbaking.
