I love it, but it keeps breaking
I love my WetJet, but this is the second one I’ve had in the past 2-2.5 years that broke. When I hit the button to spray, it makes the sound but nothing comes out and I’ve done different things to try and fix it. I’ll still use it, but use a handheld cleaning spray to spray the floor instead. I won’t purchase another

Not worth it
It works great when it works, but this is the second one in a row that just stopped working. We only had this one for a few months.

Just add the screwdriver I need.
Great product, I love it……expect for the part where it doesn’t come with a screwdriver that actually can work because apparently out of almost 30 screw drivers I found one that worked on TWO SCREWS when there are clearly THREE idk how you expect me to put batteries in my mop handle if I can’t even get the screws out without having to buy a new screwdriver to work?!

OUCH! DOUBLE WHAMMY!
Purchased 2 wet jets. The first in January of 2024. It was used as directed; mopping a small kitchen floor a few times a month. Purchased the 2nd wet jet in August of 2025. Both products stopped working this month (February 2026). After hours of troubleshooting, I’ve concluded that the motor no longer works in the first product, and the second product must have been I lemon, as there is a complete power failure (no lights, no motor), despite having brand new batteries. I am dissatisfied, to say the least. Being the massive conglomerate they are, I’m wondering how P&G plans to amend this problem.

Second WetJet stopped working
I am very disappointed in the Swiffer WetJet. My first WetJet quit working due to the motor and now so has the second one. This time again, it’s the motor. I tried new batteries, and even cleaned out the spray nozzles. But it just won’t work anymore. I think it's only 4-5 months old.The last couple times I used it, the motor sounded like it was “dragging” or just not working right. And now, I can’t use my spare pads & cleaning solutions. Is there anything you can do?

Swiffer Wetjet Did Not Spray Floor Product
No matter what I tried, this wetjet would not spray the product on my floor. I changed batteries, put in brand new ones, checked my assembly. Nothing worked. When the box arrived it was leaning against my garage door and the box was in bad shape. Maybe this was a return, I do not know. This I do know. I will never buy this again. UPC on box: 3700092810.

When it works it is a good product but it is a reliability nightmare. The spray motor is prone to failure. This is the third WestJet I have purchased that has failed. Each one, has lasted less than the one it is replacing. I can’t justify replacing and I’m trying to figure out how to use my remaining solution and pads.

Dont waste your money
I’ve replaced 2 over the past couple of years. Like other say, the spray function stops working out of nowhere. Sometimes it magically starts working again after several days, but this time I’m done. The pads don’t always stay on. Plus the pads and solution are expensive. It doesn’t get gunk off the floor- the little scrubbing strip just tears off. There are much more affordable and better cleaning systems out there.

The Wet Jet is garbage
Purchased Wet Jet on 10/5/25. It has already stopped working in less than 90 days and no more than 3-4 uses.

I love my swiffer wet jet but it’s disappointed me
I have used swiffer wet jet for years I have worn out at least 3-4 but my current swiffer has a problem. The needle in the center where the solution goes came out causing a leak and I lost a whole bottle of solution. And now the bottle will suck together because it can’t get air where the needle came out. So after using I have to take the bottle out and stick the needle in so the bottle will fill with air uncollapsing itself. After years of loyal use I think I should be reimbursed or get a new swiffer wet jet.
