Q: Lamp shade tips, how to make secure so it does not wobble?

A: Tippy - Thank You for your question. This shade is of type threaded uno. Please remove the plastic threaded washer from the socket. Place the shade onto the socket. After shade is placed, put the threaded plastic washer back onto the socket and tighten it fully. After this is done and shade is secured, put a bulb in socket and enjoy! I hope that helps. I was so happy that Target restocked this lamp because I went to every target I could just to have it and finally got it. I love it! It was a bit pricey, but we’ll worth it. Also got my plant pot from target that goes perfect with it. Very happy with both purchases.

When I saw the photos online I wasn’t super impressed, but when I went into the store and saw it in person it was instantly a new favorite!! It looks very high end, like something C&B would charge twice as much for, and such a beautiful balance of classic and trendy! I saw reviews that said it didn’t light the room well, but maybe that’s the bulb they used? I have a Kasa smart bulb in mine and have it set to 50% brightness, because it’s very bright! (In the photo attached the bulb is turned down to 25% brightness so you can see the beautiful shade!) I am obsessed with it, and I can see it being a piece I hold onto for a long time!!

I have been looking for a rattan lamp and I really wanted to love this one. The materials are great, the design looks high end, but if you want to illuminate a space this is not the lamp. The design does not allow the lamp to properly light up the space

Got my first one on a drive up order. The gold metal top was so crooked I couldn’t stand it. Personally went back to my store to exchange for a less crooked one (they had only one left) Got all the way back home only to realize it was missing the on/off switch. Now it’s sold out in store and online and I have no choice but to return. Make sure to shop in store, check for the switch, check for the plastic feet on the bottom or if you’re ordering order multiple.

When I first bought this in store, some of the little clear pegs were missing on the bottom and the light never turned on, so it was lopsided and broken. I decided to do a pickup order and before walking away, I noticed that the switch to turn on the second lamp was missing, thankfully there was another one there that was perfect. That being said, I recommend buying in store to make sure all the pegs are on the bottom, the switch is there and it clicks to turn on. A little pricey but very beautiful in person with the vintage style bulbs I paired it with (also from Target)!
