About the Author
ERIC WOOD played as an NFL Center for the Buffalo Bills. He was drafted in the first round of the 2009 NFL draft and retired in 2017 due to a neck injury. Now, Eric serves as the Buffalo Bills Radio Analyst, host of the "What's Next with Eric Wood" podcast, and a motivational speaker.
