As someone who has struggled with heavy periods my entire life I've had a hard time finding a product that was both comfortable and reliable. I have had little to no leaks while using these. I love that the applicator is easy to use and that they are fragrance free.

I always use Tampax Pearl regulars with the plastic applicators. I’m not sure why, but no other brand is as comfortable or as easy to insert. It’s just insert and forget about it. No worrying about leaking.

I have tried Tampax's Pearl Super tampons for several menstrual cycles and, in my experience, they offer solid and reliable protection. What I like most about them is their applicator. It is made of a soft material and has a texture that makes insertion much easier, making the process much more comfortable and less complicated, even on the heaviest days. The shape of the tampon is well designed to expand evenly, which gives me a sense of security and reduces the risk of leakage. The absorption is quite efficient; I can be calm for several hours without having to worry about frequent changes, something I value a lot on busy days. These definitely do the job and I’ve never had a problem with them. However, recently I’ve heard that they have lead so I hope they make a safer version. I will be switching to a safer alternative.

Love, love, love! The plastic applicator makes it a breeze to put on, and once it’s in, I feel nothing and can go about my day! It fits me well inside judging by how I don’t feel anything and still have no leakage. I keep in pretty much all day.
