about this item

The newest introduction to our Taylor line of kitchen scales ironically draws inspiration from a technology we perfected nearly 100 years ago. The Taylor 3741-21 analog add and weigh kitchen scale employs precisely tuned strain gauges designed to rotate the scale’s circular base and provide the most exact measurements. The scale has a 5 lb/2.2 kg capacity in fine 1 oz/25 g increments. Its clear plastic bowl can be removed and inverted to safely and cleanly house the scale when it is not in use.

For the price it is pretty decent. Easy to use, clean, better to use for things that are bigger than 4 oz.  see moreof tepp's review
