Q: How does this scale measure fluid ounces and milileters?

A: Hi Brian, This scale can weigh liquids in fluid ounce and milliliter increments. By using the TARE function, zero out the weight of the container holding the liquids. The scale weighs up to 176 fl oz at 0.1 fl oz increments and up to 5000mL in 1 mL increments. If you need additional info, please reach back out. Thanks!

Initially the scale was everything I needed… and then within 6 months the digits are hard to decipher and it doesn’t seem accurate as it jumps around very oddly. Will be looking for a longer term option.

Do not buy! You are supposed to turn the dial to get the units you want, that only works part of the time. I leave it on grams and sometimes turn the scale on and it's on lbs and oz even though didn't touch the dial. The tare function is difficult to use because sometimes it just turns the product off, but usually pushing down on the button makes weight register on the scale. I accidentally dripped broth on it while cooking and it went into the screen making it unreadable. It's not level. Pushing the button makes it rock. This thing is totally worthless.

This scale is not accurate. The readings for a single item kept fluctuating without anything moving while scale was on a flat surface. The baking recipes I used kept coming out wrong after I started using the scale for measuring my ingredients. I started to weigh items I already knew the weight of on this scale, and this scales measurements were off by over 10 g each time. Why even bother calling it a scale then? It’s a guesstimator. Waste of money. Do not recommend buying this.

I purchased to use for measuring out ingredients with bread making and it’s perfect! I’m able to switch between grams and ounces. I would absolutely purchase again. It fits upright in my cabinet and has an on/off button, previous ones batteries have died quickly for the accidental tap/touch on in the cabinet.

I removed the food scale from the box, inserted the included batteries & weighed the exact same item three times. The scale gave a different reading each of the three times even though I did not change the item or increase/decrease the amount of the item.
