It needs to be refrigerated AFTER opening. It is concentrated so it needs to be mixed with milk/milk alternative. It's so good hot or cold! It's a hit in my home. Yes there's a lot of sugar but the ingredients are "clean" and authentic for chai or "tea".

I'm an avid chat latte drinker, min of one cup a day. This is by far my favorite flavor chai latte of any brand. I try to stock up for the entire year when this is released in the fall. I wish that it were available year round.

My teenage daughter and I both enjoyed the flavor profile of this as an alternative to the chai flavor of this same brand. I’m going to go back to my local store and buy all of the in stock ones because it’s being discontinued there. Hopefully they bring it back next fall!

This tastes like a coffee shop latte. Very simple to make - equal parts of the tea concentrate with milk, or milk substitute of choice. Heat in microwave and enjoy. Can also be served cold over ice. A little high in sugar at 30g per 3/4 cup of concentrate. This is a great way to save on $ if you want a latte style drink without the coffee shop price tag. There is enough in 1 carton to make at least 3-4 drinks. I would buy this again, but not on a regular basis.

This is so delicious! I've never been a pumpkin spice latte person but decided to give this a try and was hooked immediately. I actually prefer this flavor to the regular chai flavor. It is not bland at all. It doesn't upset my sto.ach or cause any digestion issues. I'm hooked.

I love this even more than the regular Tazo chai! It has more spice in it and to me is more reminiscent chai made homemade with tea masala. It is also quite sweet which is fine for me since that's how I prefer it, but if you don't like your tea sweet, this may not be for you. I wish this were sold year round as it will be hard to go back to the regular Tazo chai blend after trying this!

I love the Tazo Chai, but this pumpkin spice latte tastes nothing like pumpkin spice. It has a sweet flavor, but it tastes a lot more like maple syrup than anything else. It doesn't taste bad, it's just not pumpkin spice.

This tastes identical to both the iced and hot pumpkin spice chai Sbucks sells for $4-$5 in store, and you can get about 5 drinks out of this. I mixed it with equal parts Oatmilk (like a cup and half of each) and poured over ice and it was heaven. I added a shot of Torani vanilla syrup and some cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin pie seasoning on top for extra sweetness/spice and it was perfect. I throw it in my tumbler for work during the fall/winter and since it has caffeine it’s an nice seasonal mix up from coffee and latte’s. I made it with regular milk hot topped with whip cream and spices and it was incredible. Definitely prefer the pumpkin flavor to the regular Tazo chai!

Once I found the pumpkin spice, I hated to go back to regular. When it’s not available, I use pumpkin spice syrup until I can get the real thing again. Buy as many as possible ahead Every morning, it’s my breakfast

I LOVE THIS CHAI TEA CONCENTRATE!! I love the combination of the spice with some slightly sweet. I make sure to grab an extra and save the pumpkin flavor so I can have it later in the year once fall has passed. Makes the best iced chai tea lattes!!

I love how delicious this is! It’s the perfect combo of the taste in coffee and tea! My mom was shocked when she tasted it because she’s honestly not a fan of chai tea. So basically I definitely recommend anyone to get it before the season of pumpkin spice is over!

All my family loves this pumpkin chai and looks forward to it as fall arrives (usually a seasonal item). My daughter calls it candle flavored chai but in a good way because it reminds her of a candle scented with spices lol.
