[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I very happily received a complimentary sample of Tazo’s “Digestion Harmony” Lemon Lychee Ginger tea. The following is my expressed opinion and thoughts. The combination of lemon and ginger sounded amazing on the day I tried it with my guts feeling tight and a bit queasy. I’ve never tried lychee before and was curious. I prepared a steaming hot mug of this tea and thoroughly enjoyed it. I don’t think I picked out the lychee in the taste but the lemon & ginger is so strong and fragrant it may not have needed to stand in as a separate taste. I loved this and have looked for it in my favorite stores to stock up. There will be multiple times I will want to drink this to settle my queasy belly. I’m not even a big tea person, but this kind smells amazing and tastes amazing too! So citrusy and I love how soon it leads to calm my stomach and beyond.

The lemon, lychee, and ginger blend has a unique taste that I found a little too floral and slightly medicinal. The ginger also comes through pretty strongly, which may be a plus if you enjoy spicy herbal teas, but it wasn't my favorite. That said, the tea smells pleasant and feels soothing to drink, especially after a meal. The tea bags are good quality, and it brews easily without becoming bitter. While I personally wouldn't buy this flavor again, I think it's worth trying if you enjoy herbal teas with bold ginger and floral fruit notes.
