Have only had it a week. Excellent features for $200 40" TV. I prefer the Roku interface to the standard Smart TV. To me, it feels snappier and easier to navigate.         Right out of the box we were impressed that we got a great deal! Mounted this big boy on the wall at the foot of our bed and no sound bar was needed! The picture quality is fantastic!           We purchased this unit on July 2, 2016. It is less than 4 months old, and as I was watching tv, I heard a pop, and the screen went black.             I bought this TV hoping to save some money by not buying a higher shelf brand. That was a mistake. Often the tv freezes and the only thing that will unfreeze it is unplugging it.               Bought the last 40" model at local Target. Immediately had an issue with the tv. I contacted TCL support five days later I got a reply saying they were elevating the service ticket to a 2nd tier. Then NOTHING..that was ten days ago.
