You guys burnt me.

THIS ITEM ARRIVED BROKEN! It was intact physically but when I got it home and turned it on the screen came up all cracked. I purchased the Square Trade warranty and all they did was keep my money because I turned the TV right back in and got a refund. I then when and bought a TV fro the store and paid $40 more. This one worked but when I called to transfer the warranty to the new TV they said, " Read the print(small print), you can't transfer the plan. I will not be shopping at TARGET anymore. The target was on my back and they got me.

Never works

As other reviews have stated, this tv never works. I have my router right next to it and I always have internet connection and everything. Even when I run the “check connection” it always sats everything’s in working order and connected. But when I go to use Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon they never work because of a “network error” over and over again. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and uninstalled and reinstalled apps, and it still doesn’t work. I am so frustrated and wished I had listened to reviews. It’s a cheap tv and no wonder why. Oh, but of course the one thing that does work is the Roku Channel (which sucks). So yeah I don’t recommend this one.

Disconnects once a day

Visually nice TV for the price, but as others are saying here, HUGE connectivity issues. Disconnects at least once a day. You have to unplug the TV and plug it back in to have the ROKU reconnect. Called customer service and they ran through all the trouble shooting. Called a second time and went through the same exact thing. It’s not the internet, when you run speed test it’s 60+mbps. TCL’s response is it has to be the internet but the other reviews on here tell you otherwise.

No Netflix after a month or two

I bought 3 of these for my home and was really happy at first. Then, one day, for no reason whatsoever, the Netflix icon stopped working. It's there on the screen, but you cannot access it. At first it happened with only one tv and I kept resetting and trying everything tech support said and NOTHING! Still cannot access the Netflix icon at all. Shortly after - another tv experienced the same issue. I now have to pay for a cable box to access Netflix for my kids' rooms because of the on going and seemingly unfixable issue. Such a bummer because I was originally so happy with the purchases.

You can first try uninstalling the streaming channel and then reinstalling it. To do this you can highlight the streaming channel on the home screen and press the asterisk (*) button on your remote, then scroll down to 'Remove channel'. You would then need to go to Home>Streaming Channels>Search Channels>Type in Netflix. You would then select the streaming channel and select 'Add channel'. Don't expect warranty service

Got this TV last April. It worked ok until about 2 months ago. After numerous phone calls for tech support my TV hasn't worked at all for about 3 weeks now. I am trying to be patient but feel like TCL is dragging their feet in replacing this TV. Now they want me to try another TV with the antenna or try a new antenna wire with my TV. Let them take it back and try this stuff themselves.
