First let me start off with I used to be a leader in my Target, I've worked for Samsung and I used to sell high end displays and televisions. I'm also ISF CEDIA EDUCATION certified. That being said, Not a great experiance so far. Purchased less than 3 months ago for a friends housewarming gift, opened and setup yesterday, not at all impressed with picture qauilty, so much so that I wondered if it was really a 4K tv? Lots of artifacts and of course it came with motion enabled, which I HATE! Anyway, no issues yesterday and then today my friend texts me, "hey there is a blue line running down the screen" A what? seriously? Hopefully warranty service will not become an issue.

Audio/Video problems

Ever since we got the TV, the TV will automatically dim and it will also automatically adjust the volume. Settings have been adjusted multiple times, TV has been factory reset multiple times, TV has been reset and unplugged and left multiple times. Thankfully I had a giftcard and the TV was on sale. I dont know if its just my luck or if it's the TV. Honestly Westinghouse TVs worked better for me.

My 65" tcl 4K Roku tv actually just died on me and I'm looking for a new tv right now. Probably going to buy another as the first made it just over 8 years! Bought on Black Friday 2015 and it was used almost daily! Picture could be a little nicer for a big price increase but you can't go wrong with this tv!

Please do not waste your money on this tv. It started lagging the first day I bought it. The screen will go blank when opening an app and then it’ll just stay blank. I’ve closed apps and reset the TV and it still does not help with any of the issues it has.
