Q: Why does Leonardo have a red bandana instead of a blue one?
submitted by NCmama - 9 months ago
A: Leo's mask is red (not blue) as these figures are based on the original comic versions of by Eastman & Laird where all 4 turtles had red masks. The colors you know were later added for the cartoon.

Q: Um... What is TCRI? I think you meant TGRI... That mistake might be worth a few bucks?
I got it for my sister, she love's El and Stranger Things.

Like: Box art/presentation. Overall, both figures are pretty good on terms of articulation, accessories, and paint applications. Dislikes: my Leo is kinda loose in his arm joints and the paint from his swords immediately came off on his hands. They look terrible unless they're in his hands constantly. Should have went with solid, paintless weapons. And as I'm sure you guessed, both Raph and Leo are EXACTLY the the same except they switched which side the teethy sneer is on. Was gonna collect all 4 eventually, but kinda feel let down by the quality for the price. Let's be honest. We all only want these for the turtles haha cool commercial for them though.
Right when you think your collection is complete something wonderful comes along! I love the use the original comic book version of the turtles and they did a great job on Eleven's details! Combining two of my favorite things! Can't wait to own all of them! I hope they'll team Dustin with Donatello...just sayin😁
