Thayers Blemish Clearing Cleanser is formulated to speed relief to blemishes and treat them with home-grown healing power. This gel cleanser is formulated with Thayers proprietary blend of soothing and cleansing Witch Hazel and hydrating and healing filet of Aloe Vera, along with skin-renewing Tea Tree Oil. Maximum strength 2% Salicylic Acid treats clogged pores from the inside-out, banishing existing blemishes and helping to prevent new ones from forming.

So, I have been struggling since I was 13 with acne. I have tried so many different acne products from pro active to prescription - but let me tell you how amazing this stuff is : I had a really bad break out the week before I purchased this, it’s not magic so it didn’t take it away immediately but it’s been about two months since using this product and my face has never been more clear ! The scent isn’t my fav but honestly, the stuff that did smell good, didn’t work !!!! Try this :)

I’ve been using this cleanser for a good couple of months. My skin gets use to products easily and they stop working. I haven’t had that problem with this cleanser. It keeps my acne calm, face clear, and any occurring blemishes disappear quickly with plenty of use. Truly great product. I can’t find it anywhere right now but I hope it’s not discontinued!!

I absolutely love this stuff. I’d be lost if you stopped making. The only issue I have is that it doesn’t go far unless you use the right kind of loofah. I recommend using it with the brand “super loofah”. When using a standard loofah it doesn’t seem to sud very efficiently.

I wait a month to see if this is worth it. I am Afro-American. I have issues with dry skins and darks spots. This cleanser is the ONLY I’ve found that helps. It has a “sperm-like” texture to it. So a dot is a lot. It’s does smell like comet but it’s gentle in your skin. You don’t get that burning sensation medicated wash give. It leave a sticky feel, like a film over your face, from the lemon. You don’t need a wash towel or facial brush to get the job done, hands work just fine. I use this faithfully 10/10 must have for morning start up.

I love the blemish toner, pads, and balm, but this is definitely their weakest product. The bottle should empty from the top because the cleanser is very runny, and you tend to lose a lot of it while putting it on your hands. The price should also be lower than the other products because you get less of it. Also, the smell should be more similar to the toner to match smells because they are very different. I would not purchase again until a redesign or new thicker formula happens.

This cleanser had a medicinal smell to it that I didn’t love. Although not fake and perfume-y, it felt strong for a face product. It seemed to be an effective cleanser, but I’ve found myself using it inconsistently due to the smell. I received this product in exchange for an honest review.

Smells horrendous!!! I could only use it a couple of times before it went in the trash. I just could not get over the terrible smell, and it wasn't impressive enough of a product to make myself sick over the scent while using it.

The product was cool and tingly with a pretty strong tea tree scent. It didn't seem to improve nor worsen my skin regarding blemishes, but it didn't dry my skin out which is a problem I've had with other cleansers. It took off eye makeup fine and the scent doesn't noticeably linger after it's rinsed. I was given this product in exchange for a fair review.
