Got this cookbook as a wedding gift. I love it!Lots of simple and delicious recipes. It has a lot of advice and recipes that are interesting but not complex. Lots of pictures and clear instructions. They also have do ahead options or they mark the recipes that could be frozen too. Most of the ingredients are something we can find at a local grocery store. I keep trying new recipes from here and then I need to make copies and pass out to my guests, since they ended up loving the dishes! Cooking is not hard and this book makes it possible for anyone, regardless of your cooking experience. It helped me so much and expanded my horizons in culinary. In fact, I'm getting this for my friends wedding too!
