Career-defining, professional relationships don't happen by accident. The Conversation Blueprint was created so leaders at all levels could have a way to plan and attain great conversations--and prevent regrettable ones. This book teaches The Conversation Blueprint method through fictional narrative, following the leadership journey of Alia Davis. Alia is a gifted subject matter expert who wants more out of her current job, and she learns to use The Conversation Blueprint to improve her current relationships and build new ones. The Conversation Blueprint is designed to help identify the different factors that impact our ability to have great conversations, plan for them, and then lay the groundwork to be our best selves when engaging in those conversations.About the Author
