This version is terrible

This version is woke, convoluted, and hardly anything like the original. This is not the fun family game it one was. Waste of money.

Woke

It’s too woke and modern. Having pets instead of babies, all retiring at the same spot, all the different colors rather than pink/blue. It’s too much, I’m returning.

Id rate lower if I could

This version is woke and short, the pegs are rainbow colors instead of blue and pink. The board changed and the options are hard to track. look for the older version dont waste your money unless your into this sort of thing.

Aweful! Woke and broke!

Awful rendition of this game! It’s not the same as when I played as a kid. The entire game takes less than 10 minutes to play! Is there something wrong to expect a family board game to last longer than 10 minutes? Too many changes and intro of political woke ideology as well with this version. Come on! Seriously, life was fun and challenging before…maybe the entire point of the game! Now it can’t even hold your attention longer than it takes to get everyone to sit down to play. Don’t buy this one! Find the classic version!

Not the same

I love the game of Life growing up, but this edition was not my favorite. There's too new additions. I missed the old way. It was played when I was growing up

Odd questions on a kid game

Odd updated game for kids. Has a midlife crisis question. Kids don’t know what that is. There’s two figures in a hot tub together. Strange for a kid game. More complicated turn offs from the road than the original. Asks if you want to get married? Kids? Retire? Not a traditional family game for kids. Returning it. Original is MUCH better.

Not fun or engaging

Not that interesting to play. Difficult for kids under 7 yrs and kids 8 n above just roll their eyes when they see it and teens just run away. Board games are supposed to be fun and engaging, this is just bit preachy and trying to teach subtly. Takes the fun out of play.

They put the sticker on the actual box, which tears off the front of the game when removed. This was a gift for someone so unfortunately it cannot be used. Buy in person!

Great Game

I don’t see how people are complaining about the game not being the original, the box basically shows you it’s nothing like that, and they still sell the original, this one is more kid friendly !! Overall great game . Great for smaller kids 7 years and older, so they can prepare for the first original game.
