I haven't taken this consistently enough yet to determine if it is helping yeast overgrowth, but I have been taking the probiotic consistently and I think them both together would be incredibly effective

I've heard such great things about honey top that I decided to give the line a try by splurging some extra money. unfortunately, this did not work for me whatsoever. More than half way through the bottle & I'm still symptomatic. I love the scented panty liners, will continue to buy those but not any other product after this fail.

I’ve used this probiotic for 6 months now. I started with the recommended 2 a day but I’ve been able to take 1 pill a day and even skip a day as well. No more tingling down there after my cycle. Also, I love that the ingredients are recognizable and natural. Have you seen the list of ingredients in others? I cannot even pronounce them nor do I know what they are!
