Q: What are the dimensions of each drawer and how solid are the bottoms of them (will they hold the weight of sneakers thrown in the bottom drawer or will they sag and fall out)?

Q: Is this, in fact, 18" deep? The specs state that the drawers are only about 12" deep, which means there is 6" wasted space?

Q: The Thousand Oaks Scalloped collection states the frame is made of wood, and the hardware metal. What is the exterior finish that is featured on the furniture? A type of veneer? Are the drawers and doors soft close? Thank you.

A: Hi – The details on the doors/drawers are solid wood. The rest of the items are finished with an ash veneer. The drawers and doors in this collection are not soft closing.

I love the style of this dresser but it isn't holding up like it should be. I did not recieve enough screws to finish assembling it, so it's missing a few that are supposed to secure the drawer front panels. Now after about a month the front panels have bowed, and one has popped off half way. The drawer fronts also do not match, and will not line up evenly. I would happily adjust my rating if the proper supplies were provided for assembly, but as for now I'm not impressed with this dresser.

The dresser is beautiful, but it was delivered damaged in two different places. Also the included cam lock bolts to connect the back panel weren’t long enough to stay in place in the mdf of the back panels, so I had to go out and buy sturdier and longer bolts.

It’s beautiful assembled, really happy with it. Gave it 4/5 stars because I’m not sure as far as holding up long term as I haven’t had it long enough. The size of the drawers are amazing. Assembly did take longer than I would have liked, was easy to do but tedious. Next time I probably will just pay to have it assembled prior.

The scallop wood was broken from the back board for 2 drawers. Had to use wood glue to hold them together. Then one wouldn’t close bc it was off. This is annoying.

Love these!! Using as nightstands. Note our bed is a very tall king and these are a tiny bit oversized still, but they are a great statement piece for our room. May not work this way with queen bed! Hard to assemble but happy with finished product

I ordered 2. One was perfect. One was an absolute mess. Broken, chipped, scratched & impossible to put together without power tools because the holes were in the wrong places on multiple pieces. The worst part was that I built the main body of the dresser and then got to the drawers and that’s the parts I couldn’t do without the power tools. Target said I could only return built furniture in person but it was too big to put in my car. So stupid. I was basically stuck with a broken piece of furniture. (Because even once I got it together it was still quite beat up, you can tell someone bought this and Returned it. Probably because of the bad drawers. I can’t believe they resold it.)

I’ll be honest this dresser isn’t great, it was a pain to put together. I was missing the legs and drawer supports, I called customer service and it took about two months to get the missing parts. Overall it’s not good quality at all, the fronts of the drawers are pre assembled and one was loose so I tried tightening it and doesn’t feel super stable, and i can see the cracked wood pieces. I had previously bought the nightstands, and liked them but the quality is not the same. If it wasn’t so much of a hassle I would return it, it’s not worth the money, I’ll likely just sell it for a fraction of what I paid.

I bought this dresser because I could not resist the scalloped drawer fronts and it was the size I needed. Very heavy in the box, as MDF is. It needs to be aired out for about 2 days due to off-gassing of formaldehyde or whatever products are used to produce it. There is a lot of packaging material to dispose of. It takes 2-3 hours to assemble; you have to assemble literally everything. Because it is MDF, it chips easily. I would not buy it again due to the cost and not being real wood. I'd pay up to $200 for it. It looks nice, I'm just not a fan of MDF for furniture.

The drawers were all warped. The tracks on the inside are completely uneven. And when I put the bottom drawer in, it got permanently stuck. I can’t open it.

Beautiful natural color. I have purchased the nightstands and chests multiple times for the homes I stage and furnish. Even from my personal Airbnb, which I have stayed and tested. It was great. No issues. I’ve read a few of the reviews where people complain about the quality, I think it’s the way you put it together. If you don’t really know what you’re doing and you’re just guessing then yes you will have issues. If you follow the steps, and you are a handy person, you will love. This color looks great with everything, with different color beds. I always get compliments on these pieces.

The color is too yellow/orange and it's poor quality. For the high price I expected a lot better quality. Also, the assembly was a nightmare. I don't recommend buying any of her furniture. I have had bad luck with several furniture pieces.
