Love the egg white bites for a quick and easy breakfast. I wish they were carried in more stores. They are out of stock often which is frustrating. They are way better than other brand versions IMO.

It is so easy to heat up inthe air fryer or the microwave for a couple of minutes and you have some good tasting healthy breakfast. Also great to eat after a workout since it's all goodstuff

The texture is soft and spongy like and greasy feeling. It’s definitely easy to make and perfect for in a hurry type me.

There are 2 in each pack, 220 calories and 15 grams of protein. This flavor is made with egg whites. The bell pepper and spinach complement with the egg so well. The texture is more moist and dense than the egg bites with yolk but I actually preferred it.
