Q: Why 27"? From where to where is it 27"? Why not design the hole-to-hole separation to be, say, 32"which will enable correct attachment to the wall? Why not show a schematic with all dimensions on it? Sorry, but saying 27" means nothing.

This was a challenge to get in the wall. The directions call for too large a hole, so the screw was too loose. We worked around it, but it was very frustrating. Also, the backer is stapler to the wood and doesn't come out easily. We had two staples snap off in the wood and scratch our walls on installation.

The piece itself looks good and will work where I need it too. It did not come with mounting screws as stated, there was an opened baggie attached that had one piece of what was needed to install. I ordered this as a drive up/ pick up, so the shopper didn’t look to see that they were included. Perhaps a bit more training needed for the shoppers.
