Q: I bought this soap Dispenser and I love it. I did not expect the pump to rust inside. It was only used for hand soap in the bathroom. Is it not rust proof? Im struggling to buy a new one to replace it with.

Q: My pump has gone bad. Does anyone know the specific size that it is so I can order a replacement? The 33-400 one I ordered and thought would fit doesn't. Hate throwing such a nice container :(

A: I have the same problem. All of my pumps have rust and and the tip has no paint any more. I'd like to replace the pumps but there's no information about them in the description.

A: The top is silver, and I’ve had a few of these for several years. Most of the review complaints are for the tops. Just know that you may need to clear the pump top once in a while by taking it off, submerging it in water, and pumping it until it runs clear before putting it back on. It works great but needs a bit of maintenance here and there.

Q: I have same problem Pumps clog up and do not pump soap. Not sure its rust but either need a way to clean it or a way to order replacement tops. Bottle is fine would rather not re-buy the entire prod.

Like many reviews said, the pump doesn't work. Stops pumping after the first week for me. Has zero suction on the soap whatsoever. Wish I didn't spent $15 on this 25 cent, cheaply made piece of junk. Would have returned but didn't keep the receipt. I made the mistake of purchasing in stores without looking at reviews first.

Bought in store and wish I had looked at reviews. This thing is junk. You have to press the lever 30-40 times to get soap, EVERY TIME. I've taken it apart to make sure it's tight and not getting air. It simply has no suction at all. Terrible design and an even bigger waste than a disposable plastic soap pump.

I had it for about a month and within 3 weeks the paint chipped off around the hole where the soap comes out. The soap would come out with green residue. I retuned it. The quality of this is not $15 worth. The plastic ones that come filled last longer than this. But thankfully I was able to return it with no hassle.

So I had the same issue as everyone else here with it becoming very difficult to pump after a few weeks. Terrible quality. However I learned it must be something with the air intake because if you leave the dispenser unscrewed it sits fine and dispenses perfectly. If you took too long to return it like me and are working with it for now it’s a pretty ok fix

This soap dispenser look beautiful for about a month, before dark grody build up started to ooze from the connections. And it worked great for about two months, at which point it just quit. You can pump till the cows come home, no soap is ever coming up the tub again. Junk. Waste of money. Will spend the rest of forever in the landfill 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Love the design of this soap dispenser, but it just doesn't work. After a couple weeks it starts to get clogged with soap, you have to clean it/flush it out constantly. Eventually, no matter what you do it will not pump any more soap. I bought it in April and by August it is no longer working at all.

Should have read the reviews first. After a couple of months, it nearly stopped pumping. I have to pump it 20-30 times now to get the smallest amount of soap out of it. Don't waste your money.

It looks great, but the pump is temperamental and is degrading. It looks similar to rust, despite regular cleaning. It’s unfortunate because I really hate to throw the glass container. I’m hoping that I can find a replacement pump.

Loved the look and what seemed to be quality because of heavy glass. Unfortunately, the pump looses its prime. You have to push it about 20 times to get soap. Very disappointed. I had been looking for one of these for a long time that was good quality and this isn’t it. Had to stop using it.
