The Tile network is every phone with the Tile or Life360 app downloaded. When anyone in the Tile network comes within Bluetooth range of your misplaced Tile you will get an updated location in your Tile app, no matter how far away it is from you. So if your car is outside of Bluetooth range of your phone, any time the Tile in your car comes within 250ft of anyone else with the Tile or Life360 app on their phone it will give you an updated location of the Tile on your Tile app.
