A: Hi brirobdu, each Tile is tracked separately. The Tile Starter Pack comes with 2 separate Tile devices which can be attached to 2 separate items.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and already have a low battery alert from the smaller Tile. And unfortunately, these ones don't have the replaceable batteries.
Doesn't work but they still want to sell more stuff.

I'm bad about misplacing my keys and wallet. I thought this might help. Purchasing is only the start. Then you need to subscribe to a service after 30 days. I did not mind subscribing for $3 a month for piece of mind but the app can't detect either device IN the house. I just tried to find my keys and it said they were a couple of blocks from the house. I looked and found them in the house. Lately when I get in the car and drive away the app says I left them behind even though I can physically see them in the car with me. Every time the app opens it's an ad for something else. Target won't take them back. This item might not help you find your lost items but you will definitely loose 60 bucks.

I put the Tile in my luggage and it would show it located at the opposite side of the airport instead of in the cargo hold of the airplane I was sitting in. That was an uncomfortable feeling. The stewardess said she sees/hears that alot with the Tile. There isn't a way to adjust it to increase the accuracy.

This item works great if you lose your item within 300 ft of your tracking device otherwise you are out of luck if you are not in an area that has wi fi or cellular signal. It won't ring back to you unless you are within range. There is a feature where an anonymous community member could be near your lost item, but if they don't see it or are willing to pick it up it will remain lost which is very frustrating. App did not send me a notification that my keys were lost so I was unaware for several days. Ultimately, really dissapointed with the customer care at Tile. Unable to reach out to a live person for support with their product. Can only get automated, AI or bot canned responses so wasn't able to trouble shoot nuance situations. Company seems unwilling to serve those who are not tech fanatics. Save your money and just write a note on your keys to have someone contact you if found or use the money to make a copy of your keys.

Most of the features are not available unless you pay for a monthly subscription. I want to use this to track an item if it was stolen. they bragg about it being able to ping off of nearby phones to capture a report it's location. Problem is if yo want to see more than the most recent location you must pay for the monthly subscription. You can not view history. I would have expected history to be stored in the divice, not the cloud. If it is stored in the device that makes it even worse. Blocking you from data on a device you purchased.
