However, the majority of our cheeses, including this Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, are considered vegetarian and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients besides milk.

I love learning how to make new dishes, including these papusas. The recipe called for Oaxaca cheese, but I hate cheeses that have any kind of strong scent to them. The recipe said I could substitute with any of my favorite melting cheeses, which just happens to be mozzarella. I absolutely love how easy it is to work with Tillamook cheese, and the exceptional flavor that it gives these foods. This cheese is so versatile that I can go outside of my regular uses in Italian dishes, broadening my ability to make other cuisines.

My favorite shredded cheese. Tillamook is literally incomparable to any other shredded cheese. Melts easy, tastes great and I love the farm-style shredded cheese. The only thing that is inconvenient that I have noticed from the brand is you’re only suppose to have the cheese 3-5 days after opening before it goes bad and should be discarded.
