I have been gluten-free for 11 years. Tinkyada is the best GF noodle I have found. The texture isn't gritty like others and it holds up well. We've used them in warm pasta dishes and cold pasta dishes.

I LOVE pasta so getting the news that gluten was causing most of my inflammation was devastating. Of course I wanted to feel better so I decided do find the best gluten free pasta. After many fails I finally found this brand. It was so good my husband tried it said he did not notice a difference and from now on to just make the gluten free for everyone.

My favorite GF pasta, it's more forgiving than typical rice flour pastas. The taste and texture is great too! I don't even think my kids notice a difference. Only negative is its a little pricey! But then again what specialty item isn't?!

Tinkyada is my favorite pasta brand. Somehow they made it have the consistency and taste of real pasta. No one at our home has ever known that it’s gluten free pasta they were eating by the texture or taste of their food. Like all gluten free pastas, I wouldn’t recommend storing it in the fridge overnight unless you have some type of sauce mix in with it. It doesn’t hold its consistency well when stored alone but I do think it does better than others in this regard. If you do store it alone in the fridge it helps to add water before reheating it.
