The sound is awful and you can only pick one turtle. The game runs I think at 3 frames a second. Only 3 level was present. Level last about 5 minutes each. Its a terrible almost unplayable port.

THIS IS NOT THE ARCADE PORT OF THE GAME Buyer beware. Yes, the artwork will make you think you're getting the amazing TMNT arcade game from the past, but this is an extremely poor version designed specifically for this device. It does not have the arcade music, only allows you to play as one of the turtles, and is a horrible experience. Save your money.

There are thorough YouTube reviews out there on this so I'd recommend checking that out if your on the fence. The marquee lights up and it is playable although the controls of course are tiny but they are playable (there is actually buttons on the right instead of 2 shown in the pic). Graphics sequences at beginning of game (jumping on to the roof etc) to match video sequences in the game and gameplay seems similar as well. You can only play as Donatello (Where's the love for my guy Leonardo) and the turtles them song is not present in the game (probably due to licensing). I bought this as a cool display piece in my turtles display and knew exactly what I was getting before buying so I'm happy with it. I'd love it to be able to do a demo mode and stay on for a while to look even cooler in my display but it shuts the screen off pretty quickly due to inactivity. The theme song missing, only playing as Donatello, and auto sleep feature being so short does drop it 1 star for me but I am still happy with my purchase.
