A: Hi Eric, Yes, although the bicycle will already arrive to you 85% assembled. Some simple assembly will be required including installing and tightening the front wheel, saddle, handlebars, and pedals. Sincerely, BIKE USA INC.

I’m only 14 I saved up money to buy this bike, and I could not be more disappointed. The chain popped off instantly and all the gears are “wacky” the back tire is not on straight so the break pads rub on the rim constantly. I got about 50 feet up my road until the thing was un-rideable.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. DO NOT purchase this bike. We purchased it for our son for Christmas and will be returning it. None of the gears were aligned and while testing them after 5 min, while shifting, it broke and the chain popped off and broke the back gear. The front wheel does not sit straight/is bent/off and this bike is just all around a piece of junk. A pricey piece of junk...

My son received this bike as a gift. It was mostly put together save the handlebar and front tire. Words cannot describe how disappointed we are in the quality of this bike. Both derailleurs were out of adjustment. The shifter mechanism at the handlebars is extremely cheap and almost impossible to use. The shifters are so hard to turn, my son could not operate them. I tried to use it and my hand literally hurt after 10 minutes. I took it to a professional bike shop and they tried to adjust it twice, but they could not get it completely functional. They showed me how cheaply made the front derailleur unit is and what a decent one looks like. It cost me $60.00 dollars for that and it still does not operate correctly. There is also no way to make the shifters better. In addition, the tube inside the front tire was faulty and I had to replace it. I have had many bikes in my life with different configurations/ shifters and this is bar none the worst. Do not buy it.
