Maybe I wasn't paying very good attention before, but it feels like Target's toddler boy shoes have really ben on point this year. These were a great find for Easter and will work nicely for summer. We're using them without socks and they're staying on pretty well. That whole top strap is a velcro tab, so they're easy to put on!
