Your little one will look just like fearless Princess Anna when she wears the Frozen Anna Cosplay Dress from Disney. The purple velour bodice is decorated with gold detailing on the front and around the shoulders, along with a glittery gold waistline. The attached skirt has a mesh overlay embellished with glitter to add an extra dose of glam, while the matching capelet completes the dress with a magical pop. She can finish her outfit with glitter ballet flats and add a tiara for a perfectly princess-themed look.
This outfit is darling and very well made for the price. It runs very small. My daughter always wears a 2t. I sometimes buy a 3t for room to grow. However I had to get a 4t in this for it too fit correctly. I could have even gotten away with a 5t. Like others suggest it is very hard to get on and off. Thats why I went with the bigger size. So cute though and very soft. My daughter loves to dress up.
Absurd design, but you can fix it with easy DIY if you want

Like all the other reviews say...the practicality of this dress is absurd. You absolutely cannot get this dress on any kid unless you cut the bottom leotard off. It clearly wasn’t product tested before they made it. But once the bottoms are cut out it works great and my daughters LOVE them. I bought one for my 4 year old and one for my 2 year old and every morning they both ask to wear their “Let it Go” dresses. Note for kids with sensitivity issues: once you cut the bottoms off, the dress can be pretty itchy underneath, so this may not be worth your time at all if your child can’t do textures. Again....I’d give it 5 stars for how much my girls like the dress but only 1 for design (come on Target-do better!!)
The dress is adorable, but the fact that it is a leotard with no way to get a child in or out except through the head hole is insane. I'm not sure who designed it, but they clearly didn't think about how to actually get it on a child. Thankfully the fabric on the bottom half of the leotard is a totally different fabric, so I just cut the bottom portion off so it's just a regular dress now, but I'm not sure why that leotard part was a necessary addition to begin with
It's cute and true to size. It does have a bodysuit, but the bloomer portion is sewn separately from the tutu/skirt/shirt portion. I just cut out the bloomer portion at the waist seam and my child wore it like any other tutu dress. I also like that the shawl/cape is not detachable - it won't get lost in the wash that way. Cute!
