Well constructed and durable for use among the previous mentioned age range capabilities or lack thereof. Light up wheels make for added fun in dusk/dark times. Great on paved surfaces, caution use on uneven surfaces though. Rear brake is easy to use and train use of. Bright vibrant colors you would expect of anything bearing the Tonka brand.

The scooter is made out of strong, high quality material and is sturdy for everyday use. The scooter rides smoothly and the convenient size when folded makes it easy to take it along with you to a park and to store it away. It is so much fun. My son learned very quickly how to ride it and loves to cruise around the neighborhood on the sidewalks. The rear brake is easy to use and makes the scooter stop right away. The rubber grips feel comfortable. This is a great fun and sturdy scooter that will give hours of fun for my son. Highly recommend it!
