I have had this phone for 6 months now. Basically it worked, but the supplied charger did not work. I had to get another one. The phone battery status indicator did not work initially, but after charging it repeatedly it indicated full after charge. After some use it showed 20% lower. I now know that this indication was wrong because during my last call with this phone a few days ago, it died while still showing ¾ full. I tried charging it but it will not charge and will not come on anymore even when plugged in. For the first few months I only used the phone occasionally and for short talks of a few minutes. A couple weeks ago I had to make several longer calls (>15 min). During the second to last call with this phone, the finger that I was holding it with developed a tingling feeling, as if the blood supply had been cut off to its tip, in an area about the size of a 10 cent piece, and a slight swelling. This persisted for about 30 minutes after the call, then this went away and was replaced with pain in the upper 1/3 of my finger. I had touched the phone with this finger at and just below the volume button during this call. The pain is still there 3 days after this call, but reduced. The other fingers were less affected. I suspect it was caused by electromagnetic radiation from the phone. During my last call I tried to minimize touching the phone while it was on, but then it died. I now consider this phone too dangerous to use, it needs to be destroyed.

If you think you are going to get away from texting, think again. Everyone sends you notifications via text. And it's impossible to try to find. Miserable phone

Ordered online, buy a card get a phone free. Phone came but an hour later after talking with TracFone and target.com support, they apparently didn't release it from the store before they shipped it, so now I have to waste has to drive an hour to the nearest target to return it for a released phone

We have a Nokia Flip phone. Not sure if it is a 2760. We do not care for this phone. In face if this phone is what Tracfone offers in the future we may move to another phone line. We had a LG before and really loved it. This phone is hard to add contacts to. Just not user friendly.

For context, I'm a young adult who wanted to switch to a basic phone and cheaper plan, and going from a smartphone to this Nokia is a big change for me. I actually enjoy this phone. It's a good combination of functionality and simplicity, and feels very good quality and nice to use. Not only does it come with useful features such as News, Weather, and Maps, it has its own store where you can install new apps and games, the selection is somewhat limited but that's not surprising. Camera is pretty good and has basic photo editing options. Speaker volume can get nice and loud, and calls sound great. The phone is bigger than I expected at around 8 inches opened, but it's not uncomfortable to hold. Overall, it's great for the price and I think this phone could be suitable for a wide range of people. I have to admit I'll miss using a smartphone daily, but this really has everything I need.

This phone does NOT come with a USB charger. It has a special connector and charger that you must use. You cannot charge this with a typical USB connector. Not the same. Useless for me. I will not even return it. I will smash it with a hammer.

I had an 81-year-old cousin show up on my doorstep who bought this phone and asked for help setting it up. His landline phone was not working. I found this phone to be very hard to work with and complicated. It's still not functioning due to waiting for the phone number to be ported. Now I'm trying to get help resetting the phone to a new number. And still the 81-year-old is without a phone. Have you considered who you are selling to?
