    Dont waste you money this is literally a piece of trash. I got it and the $30 card was spent on spam messages the phone got on the first day of having it. I tried to recharge it for an emergency and now it says the device is in an invalid status now so basically I spent almost a hundred dollars between the device and the tracphone card to only be able to sent a couple text.

    Issues with texting

    I’ve owned this phone for about 6 weeks. Since day 1, I’ve not been able to send or receive group texts or texts with images. I’ve talked with Tracfone customer service numerous times to resolve this issue with no success. Tracfone has decided that the phone is defective and said they would send me a new phone. What they sent was a refurbished phone with a 90-day warranty. I don’t see this as an equitable replacement for a new phone with a 1-year warranty. I’ve spent so much time with Tracfone trying to resolve this issue that I can no longer return the phone to Target. I’ve posted messages to several forums about the text message issues I’m having with this phone, but no responses so far. As a long time Tracfone and Samsung customer it looks like I’ve just wasted my money on this phone.

    I bought this phone thinking it is "Samsung". It equip with low quality TN screen with slow MTK P35 that can't even run a single app Messenger without hiccup. I even ADB disabled more than 20 SAMSUNG BLOATWARE, and it still running like 15 year old PC. By all mean, get Motorola or Nokia if you want an inexpensive phone. I end up replaced it with Moto G Power in less than 2 months. ( I tried to put up with it, I just can't )

    Samsung overthinking things

    Purchased the A03 Sept 2022. At first, phone call quality was poor. Clarity and quality of transmission was so subpar even casual acquaintances remarked how my previous phone was so much better. Fortunately, a month into ownership a Samsung update rolled out and corrected most of the annoying issues without me having to complain. The A03 drives me crazy that I can't dismiss calls quickly by rotating the phone. It will eventually dismiss but not until several seconds of squawking. I also hate how difficult it is to block bogus callers. If anything, it's designed to add everyone to your Contact List and make blocking and verifying the block as difficult as possible. The phone doesn't freeze up too often. It has a horrible nature for applying the lockout screen all the time. Yeah, I get it's trying to protect accidental everything. Just super annoying to constantly put your pin in. No thanks on using biometric recognition. The camera is okay. Internet functions well enough that I overall tolerate this device. But it's a phone first for me and I really do hate so much of the phone features. I don't care for the size. Really miss my Luna Pro. That was a great all around smart phone. Wouldn't buy the A03 again. That's for sure.

    Whats up with no charger?

    Got the phone at a reasonable price, but when opened case there was only the charging cord with no charging port like all your other phones have, not to mention it is double c on both sides!! Why do you not include a charger?

    Good features for the casual User

    I am a elderly user and use my phone for moderate texting, music and using special application apps like A.I. and other apps like GPS. The phone is slower on the update than my wifes Iphone, but I don't mind, since it has served me well at a moderate price and good features.

    Phone isnt bad looking, like the way things look on it. Wasnt that hard to get up and running. However call volume is very low and hard to hear even using speaker. Also people I talk to have said it breaks up, sounds far away and sometimes more background noise than voice comes through. I like the phone3 if the sound issue wasnt so bad.Sadly Will eventually replace it.
