This is an excellent deal! I love the unlimited talk / text, and the 24gb data will last me the whole year. Me and my two teenage kids all have this plan, and are very happy with it. Yes, even teenagers will be happy with this tracfone plan.

We have a valid service contract through July 2022. The data did not carryover as advertised. It was added to the account/phone on 12/26 and on 1/26 (30 days), the data amount reduced to 1.25gb (almost original data from before 12/26). The user of this phone does not use a lot of data and it was over 8.0 gb prior to 1/26/22. We have been Trac users for 10+ years, so we are familiar with our contract/plan and how things work. I'd be leery purchasing this.

Hotspot does not work on Tracfone!

WARNING! This says Tracfone all over but the Hotspot does NOT work on Tracfone specific phones! The 30 days unlimited talk and text and the 8GB rollover does but NOT the Hotspot! I spoke with three Tracfone reps asking why and they said this was an advertising glitch. The Hotspot service will only work on Net10, Straight Talk and one other company they own but NOT a basic Tracfone as it is not supported. Not sure if it was Target or Tracfone or both but somebody messed up on the product description. Why show a Tracfone logo and mention it all over the place if it does NOT WORK on Tracfone. They should be advertising this as a Net10, StraightTalk and that other company and use THOSE logos!
