Cup of Calm tea is like a quiet meditation—each sip is a step along an herbal journey around the world, with herbs from Europe to the Pacific Northwest. Our blend includes passionflower, chamomile, lavender and catnip, all known as “nervines” because they support the nervous system. Sip and unwind.

I developed anxiety and panic attacks last year. I stopped drinking coffee and wanted something warm to drink to benefit me and keep me chill. I researched calming teas and came across this one. I LOVE. IT. It's works to calm me down during a panic attack and to ease my mind if I'm anxious. It's nice before bed. I have to order online as my local grocery stores don't carry it.

Although I have purchased Gypsy Cold Care, Nettle tea, Throat Coat and Dandelion Root teas for a long time I had never seen Cup of Calm until this past winter or spring, we all loved it but I haven't been able to find it locally again. I can order online but would prefer to buy locally so I don't have to pay for shipping, this seems hard to find although all the grocery stores carry Traditional Medicinals teas. This is wonderful relaxing tea.
