I would encourage you to spend a little more money and avoid Jansport. The purpose of a backpack is to zip your items closed but the front pocket fails to do so about 50-60% of the time. There's a lip that folds over the zipper that seems purposely designed just to get your zipper stuck. Very frustrating and very difficult to pull the zipper free.
Cool grey toned background and very pretty contrasting pink floral pattern. Has 5 pouches over all, a good enough laptop sleeve, and a large enough "small" pouch for pencils, pens, and whatever else you may need in terms of writing supplies. Only issues would be the one water bottle sleeve instead of two, and that the laptop sleeve could be built a little more sturdy since the bag is $36 and claims to have a great laptop sleeve for students. Straps work well and adjust finely. Although it is very pretty and functions well, I don't think it's worth $36, and if you're buying it online, I don't think it's worth the nearly $45 total at the end for shipping. The price could be a little lower, as it's not something like Swiss Tech bags. However, despite that, it is a good bag for school, any one who likes it, should get it. For reference in the photos, there is a laptop in the sleeve, a couple of 1" binders in the biggest pouch, a 5 subject notebook and a pack of 150 college rule wide papers in the second biggest pouch. Everything fits pretty comfortably, but I still wouldn't push your luck.
