Returning, is the most poorly designed transformer my son has ever received. Extremely hard to transform. And for the price it’s so small!!!

This figure caught my eye as soon as it came it but the fact that Hasbro decided to ditch the plactic front cover meant they were always missing a head or weapon in store. Really glad to see it went on sale online. It's awesome

A Homage to the that used to apierre in the original catalogs that Came packaged with a transformer Bought back in 1984. Well worth buying, if you never had the chance to get the original back then. If you can get on clearance, most definitely pick this up!

Son played with it for a couple hours, shield snapped off and the connecting pieces are cracked and cannot be reattached.

It comes with 15 step guide to transform it. It took two adults a kid to transform one time. Parts of it pop off way too easily. Very cheap.

If you own any Earthrise version of the other Datsun characters (Smokescreen, Bluestreak, or Prowl), you know exactly what to expect out of this toy. If you don't, exercise caution anywhere there is translucent plastic and never get rubbing alcohol near it. It's not super fragile but, translucent plastic is prone to stress marks and stress breaks and, rubbing alcohol has been known to cause it to crumble and break since the Siege line. I wouldn't say that mold degradation is a huge issue but, this is the 4th release of this mold and I had quality assurance/control issues on 2 different copies. Thankfully, the parts that I had issues were able to be parts swapped very easily as they were connected via mushroom pegs and friction hinges. There are large smooth head pins on a lot of parts though like the knees and you're not going to be able to parts swap stuff like that out. Once I was done swapping parts between both copies, I wound up with a really good copy and a really bad copy. Target quickly issued a full refund for the bad copy without any hassle. Just make sure that you fully inspect your copy for any issues like stress marks, stress breaks, misfired pins, and anything that has a poor fit/finish just like you always should on anything that your purchase. My only complaint is that I wish that Hasbro/TakaraTomy had used a dark silver plastic similar to the hood paint instead of the white plastic as it would have looked better and would have fit the name "Silverstreak" better. The white plastic isn't terrible, it's just too much like Smokescreen since that has white thighs. However, it's a great deco and this is the first time that there has been a mass release general retail version of a classic G1 Bluestreak. Combiner Wars had a bright blue Bluestreak but, it wasn't a Datsun and there was a blue Bluestreak in the Masterpiece line but those are a lot more expensive and a larger scale and not something that is sold at major retailers. An affordable blue Datsun Bluestreak that's easily obtainable has been something a lot of people have been waiting on for decades so, it's really neat that one was finally released.

When I got my Silverstreak his head would not turn. When I tried to turn the head, it split apart. Not happy.

Great Figure, just Wish Paint Apps Were A Bit Cleaner

A Diaclone accurate version of Bluestreak from the 80s Transformers.

Silverstreak here is the same mold as Earthrise Bluestreak but with the cool Diaclone paintjob. The blue is good but I would have preferred a sparkle/metallic blue but that’s just me. Transforming into car mode has a few fiddly parts that may or may not latch perfectly. This is a small negative on a great figure though. Most of the transformation and all of the articulation is great.

This figure doesn’t disappoint!!! Simple amazing, once I got him I realized the pictures don’t do it any justice whatsoever!!! It’s definitely a must have!!!
