As a scrub I like the ease of use and thicker texture so it’s easy to scoop out and smooth over your skin. The scent isn’t strong and not much like vanilla but I’m fine with that. Overly perfumed products tend to trigger migraines for me. If you’d like a more vanilla forward scent, I’d try a different one. My skin felt smooth after and no irritation so it did what I wanted.

This scrub feels heavy on the chemical side. There is no distinct smell, just smells like chemicals to me. After I scrub it leaves the area of my skin feeling so so dry. Would not buy again.

It does not smell like vanilla at all :( I trusted the reviews and bought this online, so now I have to take it back to the store to return it. Don’t buy before you smell !!!

You must try this sugar scrub. You WILL smell like a vanilla sugar cookie. This sugar scrub pairs so good with the eos vanilla cashmere lotion it smells like a vanilla cloud and with sol de Janeiro 62 girlll you’ll be smelling good for days. I’ve tried many others and nothing beats the vanilla sugar scrub. The vanilla is the best and perfect for a self care night. Once again tree hut doesn’t disappoint.

I gifted this to a friend on Christmas - after use, she immediately broke out into hives and had to seek treatment. To avoid this product from going to waste we offered it to our other friend assuming it was an allergic reaction. After our friend did a test patch on her arm, after a few minutes she had hives on her arm as well. Product was tossed

I love this scent it's so cold here and this scrub is perfect for the cold weather. I love the scent so much i own the whole line. This leaves my skin buttery soft and smells divine. I love the vanilla bean, coconut cream and sandalwood. I hope you don't discontinue this as it doesn't smell like a fake vanilla. That's so hard to find. So please keep making this one.

It's a good scrub if you just consider it's ability to exfoliate but it doesn't smell very vanilla-y. It smells pretty synthetic. It still works though.

I apply this in the shower about 2-3 times a week and it is amazing smells just like vanilla and exfoliates your skin so well. My skin never felt softer!
