I use a small amount when my hair is damp and then again right before my tool and my hair is sooo soft and nice! This product is light and creamy with the most amazing scent. Untangled making using the round brush simple and the final result was perfect. Provided shine and made my hair soft and smooth. I have long hair with a wavy texture so I have been looking for something to help smooth it out and provide some shine since it can look frizzy in the humid Midwestern summers. I agree with others that a little goes a long way and it feels a little watery compared to other creams I have used but I liked this because I felt like it was easier to apply and spread evenly throughout my long hair. I liked that I could use less product. I felt like it did smooth my hair out after blowdrying and did slightly help tame frizz but my hair turns to curls, waves, and frizz so easily in the summer that I may need a stronger product. I do wonder if this helps with heat protection if you are curling or straightening your hair following a blow out, or is it recommended to use an additional heat protectant? Also, does this protect up to 350° or 450°?

But once you put it in your hair felt like a glob smeared on your hair. Super heavy weight. Smelled great though. This would be better for thicker hair.
