This grinder does a good job of grinding the beans to a uniform size which is the reason to own a burr grinder rather than a blade grinder. The machine is very loud while grinding. The receptacle for the ground beans seems very cheaply made and it is a bit difficult to replace the top after emptyi...see moreof the reviewer's review

I decided to upgrade from a blade grinder and I chose this because I love the look of it. I looked at the Mr. Coffee but did not like its appearance and didn't like the negative reviews. I'm super glad that we purchased this! You have to determine your proper setting for the number of coffee cups (I...see moreof the reviewer's review

Looks great, works great, quieter than my old blade grinder....and much neater too. The hopper rotates to adjust grind size, knob adjusts volume of grounds...push the button and go. Highly recommended for the money spent!!!see moreof the reviewer's review

I've been using a blade grinder and finally upgraded to a burr with this product. POSITIVES It gives a very consistent grind. After I figured out where the appropriate settings were, I haven't made a bad pot of coffee unlike with the blade grinder. It measures the coffee for you. There's a kno...see moreof the reviewer's review

So far this has been a decent grinder considering the price. It seems to work well for what I wanted it to do. It isn't difficult to figure out, just be warned the grounds container is fully plastic and susceptible to static electricity. Also you'll want to screw the hopper down fully until it stops...see moreof the reviewer's review

Pros: 1) tall and narrow design allows me to place this where I want it in my small kitchen; 2) relatively quiet machine, considering what it's job is. I can actually use this first thing in the morning without waking up the neighbors; 3) it does it's job, but I have this on medium and I still get a...see moreof the reviewer's review

We had a Cuisinart burr grinder for several years but the switch kept jamming up with coffee so we thought we try a different grinder. The Tru Burr works great and has several different settings. It also cleans up easily after use. I do recommend it
