I double checked the cup to ensure that there were no dings and that there was an actual cup inside. With the condition of the box that it came in, I wouldn't have been surprised if the actual item was missing. This was sent in an easy to manhandle package via USPS bag. It would've been more preffered to have had it sent in a box versus a bag.
