Q: if you use these for swimming, and don't put your head underwater, but they get wait a little, is that ok?
A: Hi Rudy, thanks for reaching out about True Wireless Bluetooth Sport Earbuds - heyday™. Listening to music while in the water requires waterproof headphones made for swimming. And while most earbuds are made to handle some moisture — like protecting against a sweaty workout — they are not made to handle extended periods of time in or underwater. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Q: why do I have to take the charging dock with me or it cuts off
A: Hello Heathers - True Wireless Sport Earbuds: This could be a few different things, the first thing I would try is cleaning the case where the earbud plugs in with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab just in case something is stopping it from making the connection. If that doesn't work it would more than likely either be an issue with the charger or the battery, you do have a one year manufacturer's guarantee for all Heyday products at any Target location with a valid receipt. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact MyTGTtech at 877-698-4883 every day, between 7am-11pm CST. _ jodi

Q: Question 1 > I am trying to turn the volume up on my earbuds. I have my phone volume up to the max but it is still very quiet. Is there a volume control on the earbuds?
A: Hello Buffy, I hope this helps with the low sounds you are having with your headphones. Your device may be configured to keep the volume down via software controls. iOS: Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety. If the Reduce Loud Sounds switch is on, turn it off. Android: Go to Settings > Sound > Volume. You'll see four sound sliders for Ringtone, Notification, Touch Feedback, and Media. You can also set the volume keys to either turn up the volume across all apps or in individual media apps, by enabling the switch Volume Keys for Media.
