    I loved this headset but it randomly stopped working it wont turn on and the hard reset didnt work either. The headset is non responsive to any charger and the led light on the headset is off and wont turn on.( The led that shows when the headset is charging, on, connecting, etc... The usb for the headset still works and the light blinks) This was out of the blue and it is physically in perfect condition so i do not know what is wrong with it. I didnt get a warranty which is my fault but it has also been too long to exchange it. Severely disappointed because this headset was so expensive.

    Ordered for Xbox, received and realized a couple weeks after Xmas when he went to use, the box says ps4/ps5 on it. Read info on it before returning and it says it’s compatible with Xbox. It is NOT!! Could not exchange for the sale purchase price (on Xmas presale) to get the correct one!! My order does state for Xbox, but a no go with target. Only refunded purchase price, left without the correct headphones. Targets fault. My order said Xbox, yet the fulfilled with box saying ps, should have checked prior.

    I Made An Account to Tell You How Bad This Is

    Cheap cheap cheap plastic. Sound quality? Pretty great, not too many problems. I have had this since last Christmas, and pulled it over my head today and it snapped like a tooth pick. Pretty upset as you can imagine as this is the first time I really tried to get a solid, and kinda pricey headset. Turtle Beach is a dying brand to sell something this cheap in design. I am not rough on my gaming gear at all, and am *shooketh* at such dramatic ending. No purchase over $100 is worth it if theres a chance it unceremoniously breaks like this with no warning and with general use. I am two days over the one year warranty (smart of them right? they knew it would barely make it over) since it was a gift purchased prior to Christmas. Dumb and feel annoyed it likely wont be replaced by their customer service.

    It's a good headset. Don't listen to the bad reviews. Connected with ease (literally hit one button) feels good on the head and sounds good. Yes it's mostly (if not all) plastic but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's super light and you can use it for hours.

    Great sound quality but headband broke as I was putting it on after only 3 months of use. I didn’t think I’d need a warranty but apparently I did and now it’s too late. Don’t buy this unless you get a warranty or just want your headset to break randomly.

    Not Durable, waste of money

    I've bought about 6 pair of these each time thinking the more I spent the better the quality would be but I was wrong. These headphones doesn't last at all no longer than a few months without the adjuster snapping. Every different pair I had all broke the same way, adjusting the size!! It literally breaks almost in the same place and I will not buy another pair!!
