A:Â 12/17/18 just got off a chat and agent says not possible to send to different e-mail address other than one linked to account

Bought 2- $100 eGiftcards; took 13 minutes to arrive (up to 4 hours for e-mail delivery is what Target says). No issues with loading to my Uber wallet. Target emails you a link to the e-gift card when it’s ready. You click on the link and it gives you the code. Copy and paste code to your Uber wallet. Voila!

I have ordered the email delivery gift cards several times and have never had an issue. Just open the email Target sends you and it is really easy to add the gift card to your Uber Cash balance. The gift cards from Target are great because you can still get your Red Card discount while Uber no longer gives the discount with auto-reload. Can be used for Uber or Uber Eats.

DO NOT ORDER THESE GIFTCARDS. The pin code for the giftcard is not valid on the uber or ubereats apps. You can NOT use them. I'm fighting to get a refund or something now.

The person I sent it to is unsure as to how to activate it so it might go to waste which would be a shame. I think this needs to be able to be sent directly from you to the receiving person with instructions on how to activate it. Can you please send the instructions?

Works with both Uber & UberEats, Redcard 5% discount definitely applies. My concern is that Target took WAY too long to send out the gift card. If you're in a rush for a gift card, don't buy it online from Target's website. Their customer service won't help either.
