This is a to-the-point explanation (with exercises) of safe and correct ways to exercise with your kettle bell. They start simply and build gradually. If you are wanting to get started with kettlebells this is where you should start. Paul is easy to listen to and follow. Most moves can be done by anyone. There is an "Intro", "Combinations", and "Core". Each session is about 28min long.see moreof the reviewer's review
