This product was super easy to put together, it maybe took 10 minutes. It has held up great so far! The shelves move just a little, but if you don't overload them, you'd never notice. One of the poles was so loose it kept falling out and shelf would not fit over the rubber rings.

He box I received was also damaged but the product was not damaged. Overall, I am very happy with this product. Since I am using it in a tub/shower i used one less piece and the tension seems fine.
