Got these on promotion & I’m obsessed! These are the only melatonin product that actually helps me fall asleep, stay asleep, and not wake up drowsy/groggy. (I do only take one gummy instead of the recommended 2) The taste isn’t as unbearable as some of the reviews say, in my opinion. I’ve already been through about 3 containers and will continue to use these!

They’re SUPER gross but they work for the most part. It’s supposed to be raspberry flavored but it tastes like rotten raspberries lol. It’s okay though, the taste goes away after a couple minutes. These make me sleepy in about 20-30 minutes. I’ll sleep 5-6 hours before I wake up. Which is better than not being able to sleep and all. I also don’t wake up drowsy.

These work for me, and they seem to be more effective in gummy form than in pill form, at least in my case. I’ve tried numerous products to help with my sleep, and these are my favorite. I have felt tired the next day, as others had mentioned, but I learned to play around with dosing and timing. Often, I can get by with half a dose. I’ve also learned that I need to make sure that I take them early enough and that I am able to get enough sleep. For example, if wait until midnight and want to get up at 7 or 8…that probably won’t work for me. I would suggest taking these a bit before you want to go to bed. For me, it’s usually an hour before. And make sure you are able to get enough sleep. You can always cut down on the dose as well! :)

I got this on a whim because I had a decent coupon for it, but after taking it for my afternoon nap, I’m going to be a repeat customer. I’m not sure what magic is in this product because I’ve tried other melatonin supplements in the past that didn’t work out for me. I follow a very strict sleep routine to keep my mental health strong, but despite prescription meds and OTC sleep aids, sometimes I just can’t sleep. This stuff must have some high quality ingredients because I honestly felt like I just melted into my nap! It’s amazing!
