I liked the ingredient list, however I didn’t like the taste…tasted like a salty fruit juice vitamin carbonated beverage. I think her Unwell Hydration+focus is much better. Guava passionfruit was not a hit

I enjoyed it for sure. I’m super into sparkling water/prebiotic sodas/healthier energy drink alternatives right now. And I don’t see this kick ending anytime soon. I really did enjoy this drink and the flavor is nice. I just would’ve liked more of it. The flavor was a little too “light” for my liking and slightly too “salty” tasting. The saltiness didn’t bother me much… just really wished the flavor was stronger and had some natural sweetness from those fruits come thru. I don’t like artificial sweeteners so real sugar in a small amount or natural from the fruit or maybe a stevia based… it would be perfect. I do recommend for anyone that enjoys this type of drink. And the packaging is so cute which I enjoyed, too!! Thanks to unwell for sending me this!

This energy drink taste good at first, but the aftertaste and sodium levels is the reasoning for loosing a star. It has the same taste as diet soda has and I don’t personally like it. It does go away rather quickly though. The sodium content is extremely high for a drink. I couldn’t believe that it has 490 mg of sodium. I try to keep my sodium in my foods and not in my drinks unless on a special occasion. I won’t be repurchasing this drink unless there is another option with less sodium. It did give me a lift in energy, so that is a positive. Overall not for me, but it does taste good and if I was a diet soda girly, I would only have the negative aspect of the sodium.

That gives this beverage a slight advantage because the fruit flavors make it taste great. It gives you a nice energy boost to help you get over that midday slump. I drink it before I workout. I need that little energy boost to help me push through my exercise routine in its entirety.

However, when it comes to the energy part, it was not so effective on me. I took it in the morning and after lunch I was dragging!! Coffee doesn’t work that well for me either, so it’s probably me… but you should try just for the taste 😊
