I hesitate to reuse if they have been anywhere the microwave because the plastic is so thin, but I have been using some for refrigerator storage for over a year. Hand wash and air dry is best.

I love these containers because they hold up well and are affordable. With 6 kids, containers hardly ever come home and I have always been able to just grab another set to blend in with what I have left. HOWEVER, I just purchased another set and the shape of the top of the container and the shape of the lid has been changed just enough that you can not notice. The pieces no longer stack neatly and we can not just grab a cover and a bottom and go. The need to change the shape ever so slightly was needed why?

Specifically bought these from Target so they would match the others I bought from Target. Couldn't buy them at the store because the only pack they had were beat up. I bought both sets online (first time was before our Target opened) and they are not compatible with each other. Next time I'll just buy them at the grocery store like usual.
